• Our Platform, study courses, software tools, and mobile application are NOT affiliated with, recognized by, approved by, or endorsed by the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), the Ministry of Ayush, or any government body or state medical council.
• Usage of our Services does not confer any official government accreditation or statutory recognition.

2. Study Courses & Educational Nature (Non-Degree / Non-Licensing)

In strict compliance with regulatory guidelines governing homeopathy education:

• No Degree or Diploma: Study courses, webinars, and masterclasses offered on Homeosetu are private, non-formal Continuing Medical Education (CME) and clinical skill-enhancement programs. They do NOT constitute recognized diplomas, degrees, fellowships, bridge courses, or formal qualifications in Homoeopathy.
• No License to Practice: Completion of any course on Homeosetu does NOT grant a license, registration, or legal authorization to practice homeopathy or diagnose/treat patients. Practice rights are strictly governed by state medical councils and valid registration with the NCH.
• No Non-Medical Training: Course enrollment is meant for academic learning and professional development. We do not issue experience certificates or practice credentials to non-medical or unqualified individuals.

3. Cloud Software & AI Assistant Disclaimer

Our cloud software, repertory search engines, and integrated AI Assistant are designed strictly as clinical decision-support and reference tools for licensed practitioners.

• Decision-Support Only: Software search results, rubric suggestions, repertory analyses, and AI outputs do NOT constitute automated prescribing, medical diagnoses, or standardized treatment protocols.
• No Automated Prescribing: The software does not replace classical homeopathic principles, individualization, or thorough case-taking. The treating practitioner holds 100% final clinical, ethical, and legal responsibility for remedy selection, potency determination, and patient care.

4. Prohibition of Guaranteed Cures & Ethical Clinical Use

Homeosetu strongly adheres to ethical medical standards and NCH guidelines regarding professional conduct:

• No Guaranteed Cures: Homeopathy is an individualized science. Homeosetu does not promote, warrant, or guarantee specific clinical outcomes, "last-chance cures," or secret remedies.
• No Unapproved Remedies or Cross-Pathy: Course materials and software tools promote classical, ethical homeopathic principles. Homeosetu strictly disincentivizes the use of secret formulas, unapproved drug combinations, adulterated substances, or unauthorized cross-pathy practices.
• Instructor Views: Opinions, clinical approaches, and remedy perspectives expressed by guest lecturers belong solely to the individual instructors and do not represent guaranteed scientific consensus or NCH-certified specialist qualifications.

5. Case Reports, Testimonials, and Patient Privacy

All clinical case studies, repertory examples, and patient stories presented in our courses, software database, or marketing materials are shared strictly for educational reflection.

• Anonymization & Consent: Case presentations are either fully anonymized or shared with explicit written patient consent in accordance with patient privacy regulations.

6. No Direct Telemedicine or Patient-Facing Services

Homeosetu is a B2B and educational platform built for doctors and students.

• Not a Telemedicine Platform: Our Services, software, and mobile applications do NOT offer direct-to-patient online consultations, remote prescriptions, or public medical advice.
• No Patient Relationship: Accessing our Platform does not create a doctor-patient, physician-patient, or clinical relationship between Homeosetu (or its instructors) and any individual patient.

7. Restricted Mobile Application Notice

Access to our mobile application is restricted exclusively to verified Homeopathic Doctors, registered practitioners, and enrolled medical students.

• Credential verification (such as collecting medical registration numbers or degree verification) is conducted solely for platform security and access control.
• Identity verification by Homeosetu does not serve as an endorsement, certification, or warranty of a practitioner's clinical competence or practice legalities.
